We talk about President Obama’s recent trip to Columbia and America’s domestic drug policy, discuss Anonymous’ #OpCannabis, new changes to Michigan’s medical marijuana law and the Tupac hologram. We also read some tweets we’ve gotten, give some Tiwtter shutouts to our listeners and check out some porn parody movies….I kinda forget what else happened. Pretend it’s 4/20 all over again and everyday all the time.

Today, says Ulloa Ziaurriz, there’s a lot of sex tourism in Cartagena and a few other Colombian cities, organized “by former members of the drug cartels that use their criminal structure to control the trafficking of women and girls.”

Mr. Obama, attending the Summit of the Americas, a gathering of hemispheric heads of state, was careful not to dismiss the idea as out of hand and made a point of reiterating a pledge to treat the U.S.’s hemispheric neighbors as equal partners.
“It is entirely legitimate to have a conversation about whether the laws in place are ones that are doing more harm than good in certain places,” he said during a morning panel discussion at a CEO summit held in conjunction with the larger gathering.
